An Artist by the Grace of the Creator
I have grown into an artist alongside the horse, as the horse conveys to me, in everyday actions, the wisdom of nature that I wish to express through my art.
To me, the horse symbolizes the beauty, fierceness, strength, and delicate fragility of life.
It is a great privilege to work with the horse.
If we listen to the message it conveys, we hear it speak of peace and goodness, of the fine balance between humility and pride, and of being present in the moment.
Some irresistible force has always drawn me toward horses.
Even as a child, I loved the routine of caring for my wooden horse, and we shared secrets that others could not hear—because they wouldn’t have understood.
Later, with a living horse, those secrets became deeper and more mysterious, as the conversations evolved into something much greater than words.
This feeling of wordless connection is what I strive to capture in my works.
The starting point is deeply personal, but over the years I’ve realized that the emotions I experience are universal among people who love horses.
That is the miracle of my art:
I depict my own feelings and life experiences, which are very personal, yet when another person sees and experiences the artwork through the lens of their own life, the emotion connects us.
